Create your icon according to your need just make a small picture of some design which represent something unique then there are many sites that can convert your picture into icon for free you dont even need to install any software coolutils is a site which converts one format of image to another just upload bmp or jpg format of your design and convert it and download as ico file...
once the Icon is ready open notepad
-->type "[autorun]" in firstline
-->type "ICON=CEVENI.ICO" where CEVENI.ICO is name of the ico file
and after you type as shown in above PIC save the file as autorun.inf note:- extension is .inf not .txt
Now thats it you are done make sure to place the autorun.inf file you created and the icon .ico file in the dvd, cd while burning the CD and between dont place these two files inside the folder place it outside in the root directory... next time you insert the CD in the CD drive you should see your custom icon..
