Did you know in some countries you have to obtain license to watch or hear Radio ? sound crazy but true recently when i was seeing some old documents i got a old passbook which read T.V and 
Radio License and then i came to know that there was TV and Radio Licensing in India until the year 1977 ... where you should have to renew the License every year in the Post office....
Radio License and then i came to know that there was TV and Radio Licensing in India until the year 1977 ... where you should have to renew the License every year in the Post office....so after googling a bit i was surprised to see that still many countries are in this old tradition of collecting heavy licence fee from the citizens to Fund the TV Channel though only pros in it is ad free broadcasting but who will see the national television when there are many International TV's and best programs available?
