Many people use printscreen to take the snapshots of the computer screen and paste it into the Microsoft paint and edit the taken picture according to their needs did you know windows vista is coming with the tool called Snipping tool though windows XP and 2000 doesn't have this utility there is a commercial tool called snag it from tech smith for this purpose.... not only you can take screenshots from snipping tool you can directly edit and email as an attachment from this tool see below clip for more information
